About the Role

Working closely with the Agri Commercial team, you will drive outbound and inbound phone-based sales activity to generate classified advertising revenue across ACM Agri’s trusted print and digital platforms. This hands-on telesales role focuses on managing weekly call cycles, re-engaging lapsed advertisers, and activating new accounts across high-volume channels like machinery, property, and rural services. It offers an excellent balance of independence and collaboration, with the flexibility to work remotely or via a hybrid arrangement from our Ballarat hub.

What You’ll Bring

• Telesales Experience: Proven experience in outbound/inbound phone sales, call-centre environments, or inside sales roles.
• Communication & Outreach Skills: High confidence in high-volume outreach, with the ability to build quick rapport and explain advertising options clearly over the phone.
• Administrative & Tech Capability: High attention to detail in processing booking data accurately within CRM (Adpoint) and digital listing tools.
• Target-Driven Mindset: The motivation to work consistently toward weekly call targets, pipelines, and revenue KPIs.
• Market Awareness (Desirable): Familiarity with agricultural audiences, regional markets, or digital marketplace platforms is highly regarded.
