The Opportunity

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our People Operations team, an essential part of the People & Culture function. The P&C Advisor will coordinate a variety of HR administration activities aligned with their client group, work closely with their aligned P&C Business Partner to identify needs within their client group and provide employees advice on policies and processes.

The People Operations team is the first point of contact for those seeking assistance on a broad range of people matters across the employee life cycle and is focused on providing high level customer-focused support to the business.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within People & Culture – handling general HR enquiries, onboarding of new employees, transfers/promotions, leave (annual, sick and parental), policy or employment legislation advice and exits
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
  • Confident communicator and excellent stakeholder management skills
