The Hunter Valley & North Coast Town & Country provides advertisers with extensive reach in two important and growing regions. It is the Hunter and North Coast’s own rural paper, published fortnightly and inserted into 12 regional newspapers.
Both the Hunter Valley and the Mid North Coast have historically been home to beef cattle and dairy operations and along with horticultural production, poultry and aquaculture, these remain key agricultural sectors. Dry land and irrigated cropping, fodder, timber and pockets of sheep, pig, goat and alpaca production are also present.
The sub-tropical climate of the north coast allows bananas to be grown as far south as Macksville and blueberries and macadamia nuts are also strong crops. The mid north coast also boasts a vibrant local farmers’ market sector and organic farming operations are growing. The Hunter Valley is well known for its vineyards and thoroughbred horse studs. Olive oil and table olives have been locally produced for some years, and turf production is undertaken on rich alluvial soils.
Be seen in Hunter Valley & North Coast Town & Country – 12 papers across 2 important regions. The Town & Country appears in The Dungog Chronicle, Gloucester Advocate, Guardian News, Macleay Argus, Maitland Mercury, Manning River Times, Muswellbrook Chronicle, Port Macquarie News, Scone Advocate, Singleton Argus, Wauchope Gazette and Wingham Chronicle.
