About the Role
In the role of Account Manager – Agriculture, you’ll be working closely with the Agricultural Real Estate Commercial team to manage and expand a high-value portfolio of rural property agencies, producing work that directly supports the Australian agribusiness ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that offers both independence and collaboration, with space to grow your skills and career.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate media sales, commercial partnerships, or advertising within the regional, agriculture, or B2B sectors.
- Strategic Capability: Advanced skills in solution selling, integrated campaign development, and managing large or complex accounts.
- Digital & Industry Fluency: A strong understanding of digital marketing, audience targeting, and deep knowledge of agricultural markets.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor peers, lead high-value pitches, and represent ACM Agri at major industry events.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong CRM discipline and a structured approach to account planning and revenue forecasting.
