Agri Sales Support – Livestock

The Role Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting livestock producers?
We are seeking a proactive Agri Sales Support – Livestock coordinator to provide essential administrative, operational, and campaign support to our entire Livestock commercial team. This is a coordination-heavy role where you will work closely with Livestock Client Partners, the Product & Strategy Lead, and the General Manager to streamline processes, maintain systems, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. While you won’t hold an individual revenue target, you will be the engine room of the team—directly contributing to client satisfaction and revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration & Booking: Process livestock advertising bookings across print, digital, and multimedia products, ensuring all artwork and copy meet deadlines.
- Customer & Agent Support: Act as a responsive point of contact for clients, agents, studs, and breed societies regarding ad specifications, schedules, and campaign updates.
- Campaign Coordination: Partner with operations, production, and digital ad teams to monitor milestones and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collateral & CRM Management: Maintain clean records, pipelines, and dashboards within the CRM. Help develop and update presentation decks, rate cards, and livestock information packs.
- Event & Calendar Tracking: Support the coordination of seasonal livestock features, major show weeks, stud sale periods, and field days.
What We Are Looking For
- Essential Criteria: Strong administrative, organisational, and task-management skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when working with strict deadlines and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with external customers and internal teams alike.
- Competence with standard office software (emails, spreadsheets) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- The ability to work independently while remaining a highly collaborative team player.
- Desirable (But Not Essential):Experience in media, advertising, sales operations, or the agricultural/rural industries. Familiarity with livestock sales cycles, studstock advertising, or rural event coordination.
- An understanding of digital advertising workflows.
