Commercial Sales Lead – Farmbuy Digital Network

Position Overview:

As an Agri Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our comprehensive suite of advertising solutions to Regional Real Estate Agencies Across NSW. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and contribute to the continued success of our titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Consult with clients to understand their advertising objectives and develop customised media solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in media sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including display, video and social media,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including regular regional travel and overnight stays as required.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
