About the Role

You’ll be working closely with the Farmbuy team to manage listing fulfilment, support, and agent education, producing work that directly supports regional agents, producers, and rural communities.This is a hands-on role that offers both independence and collaboration, split evenly between resolving proactive support queries and conducting video-based onboarding and outreach sessions with agents across Australia.

What You’ll Bring

  • Agricultural Connection: A genuine connection to agriculture, rural life, or the regional industries we serve.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Strong background in customer success, account management, or client-facing support, with a passion for helping users progress from confused to confident.
  • Digital Training Confidence: Comfort running professional video calls, hosting webinars, and conducting online training sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
  • Communication & Support Skills: Excellent written communication skills for managing support inboxes, drafting simple reference guides, and maintaining strong data hygiene.
  • Organization & Drive: Highly organized and self-directed execution to successfully balance reactive customer support with proactive account outreach.
