The Opportunity

At ACM, we rely on powerfully insightful data to power our systems and solutions. We’re seeking an experienced data scientist to deliver that insight to us on a daily basis. Our ideal team member will have the mathematical and statistical expertise you’d expect, but a natural curiosity and creative mind as well

The successful candidate will have

• Must have deep understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and frameworks
• Must have solid programming skills and best practices including version control, testing, and code documentation. Should be able to build scalable, production-ready ML pipelines and work with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams. Must be able to align AI initiatives with business objectives and communicate ROI of data science projects.
• Should be comfortable working with various data sources, cleaning messy datasets, and setting up the infrastructure needed to support AI model development and deployment at scale.
• Ability to identify high-impact use cases for AI, understand market trends, and make strategic decisions about which models to prioritize.
• 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis and data manipulation
• Have 2+ years minimum experience in leading analytics teams
