ACM Agri is home to Australia’s largest network of agricultural publications, digital platforms, and rural events – including trusted names like The Land, Queensland Country Life, Stock & Land, AgTrader, Farmbuy and AgQuip.

We’re looking for a Campaign Lead to join our marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Campaign Executive who’s ready to take the next step – leading integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue growth across our portfolio of brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of annual marketing strategies
  • Planning and delivering digital and print campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Writing engaging, on-brand copy for email, social, and paid campaigns
  • Managing timelines, developing campaign briefs, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking campaign performance, drawing insights from data, and applying learnings to improve outcomes
  • Staying across trends in agriculture, marketing, and media to identify opportunities for growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Campaign management experience – ideally across digital, print, and social channels
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
  • Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver results
  • Confident using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communicator
  • An interest in regional Australia or agriculture is a bonus
