About the Role

Australian Community Media (ACM) is seeking a dynamic and driven Media Sales Consultant – Real Estate to join our passionate local sales team. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for driving advertising revenue across our trusted print and digital platforms by working closely with real estate clients. You’ll build lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver creative advertising solutions that deliver results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing real estate clients
  • Sourcing and converting new business across print and digital platforms
  • Providing tailored marketing solutions through modular and adcompose selling
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Representing our trusted mastheads in the local community
  • Developing proposals and executing strategic marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records via CRM (Salesforce)

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience in face-to-face or media sales
  • Proven ability to hit targets and close deals
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-focused
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM, Excel)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in real estate, media, or marketing
  • Salesforce and project management experience
  • Relevant qualifications in business, marketing or related field
